Hi, I'm Vanessa —

I'm a Product Designer based in Toronto, Canada, specializing in using design practices to inform business strategy and drive innovation. My work spans the full product lifecycle — from early-stage research and ideation through to delivery and launch.

I have deep experience in financial services, people change management, service design, and innovation. I'm most energized when I'm bridging the gap between complex business problems and the people experiencing them.

Outside of work, you'll find me baking bread or deep in a cozy game.
